Webcam Suggestions for Mac mini M1

I recently bought a Mac Mini M1 (arriving this week!) and had the same question regarding webcam with the same budget. I also checked those cameras and couldn't get myself into buying any, they jsut had poor reviews overall and the support for M1 chips wasn't clear (I think some updates on logitech firmware fixed the issues). Eventually I found we can use our phones as a webcam and since I have an old iPhone 6s sitting in a corner... well, let's just say no image could be better on a $100 webcam!
