HR Block

I've been using hrblock.com to do my taxes for years. This year, I did federal, filed it, and got the money back. I was waiting for an update to do my state filing. So I go back in there...and they changed my damn numbers. It says I'm getting $320 more back from federal than what I filed. I've contacted their support and spent hours with them. They were never able to resolve anything at all. So now if I file state, my numbers are not going to match, and it's going to completely screw up my taxes for the year. It's a nightmare, and I don't think I'll ever be using them again. Man this shit sucks.
