My tools for helping manage ADHD

Todoist Plum Village BlockSite Actuflow
  1. Todoist is a to-do list that helps you get organized, at work and in life.
I recommend TickTick for task managing, and MindMeister for goal setting. TickTick is WELL worth the 2.99 monthly for premium. It may sound cliche, but I call it my second brain. Another alternative to TickTick that I used to use is Todoist. Additionally, Fudget is a simple and effective budgeting app.

  2. Free mindfulness app w/ Zen Buddhist meditations + teachings
As for meditation, I've yet to come across a resource better than AudioDharma. Do not pay for meditation! For a bit of a different style from the Mahayana tradition, Plum Village is also wonderful and led by Thich Naht Hanh.

  3. BlockSite is an extension, which automagically blocks websites of your choice.
If you are on Android Blocksite can help you not waste time scrolling. Actuflow is on both IOS and Android and allows you to set an intention when you open your device.
