If you want to just have fun though I would start messing around on sites like Deep Dream Generator, NightCafe AI, or photomosh. Funny I found out about photomosh first time when I spent like an hour trying to make a very simple gif in photoshop myself, and this site basically did more or less the same thing instantly. So I'm like ohh.. okay. Might at well just use something else then.
