Photomosh, it's a great editting software that can make static images be animated using the glitch effects provided. Source: about 3 years ago
Took a while to get the parameters right for this video. Here is one trick I discovered doing that: take a single screenshot from the video that represents the video good enough. Process it with img2img with the same or similar prompt that you are going to use in SD-CN-Animation and use the resulting image with 'reference_only' CN preprocessor. That makes the whole animation much more coherent, and for some reason... Source: about 3 years ago

I used a combination of PhotoMosh and Photoshop. (https://photomosh.com/) In photoshop, I overlayed an extra layer for the teeth and sunglasses, since they are important features and shouldn't be too distorted. Source: over 3 years ago
Very straightforward if you have Photoshop and have messed with VHS effects and such. However, if you don't have access to something like Photoshop, the next best thing (for the visuals) may be to mess with PhotoMosh. Source: over 3 years ago
I really like this idea! Personally, I'd prefer something more along the lines of stylized pixellation, scanlines, barrel blur, or other distortion (similar to what you can accomplish with photomosh.com) rather than "sketchy" or messy drawing. I admit that the style is definitely just a preference thing, but I'm not sure just by looking at this map that I'd understand it was from a sonar-like lofi scan... Source: over 3 years ago
After generating the image, I added the title manually and used photomosh.com to add the CRT effects. Source: over 3 years ago
While it's not a photo editing software, you can use Photomosh as a tool to add some unique filters and do some basic animation. The scanlines and pixelate filters could be very useful for Alien character portraits or other pieces of art. Source: almost 4 years ago
