    I think usually dribbble, awwards, behance and lately btw.so for inspiration. Then w3schools or msdn docs for some basics. Then usually photopea.com for adjusting pictures and sometimes stackoverflow with some issue. That is all in firefox and usually for a static website html/css/js. If I do some Angular then usually some medium.com tutorials or more stackoverflow issues.
