    I know there is a soft synth on PluginBoutique that emulates the Sega Master System and Genesis chips but that's the only one I've seen. I think there are some vsts or software tools on itch.io for chiptunes. I have no idea what else people use in terms of software or hardware to make chiptune and retro music game music (not retrowave/80s). So I figured I would ask.
