First, for PC. There is a solution and it is called Cold Turkey . It is available for free and pretty helpful as is. Yet for utmost productivity on PC I strongly recommend buying the full version. Yeah it costs CAD $29 for a lifetime license, yet it worth every penny, I attest. It blocks everything you choose to add into a blacklist(s), apps, games, websites and there is no way to escape.
