Why is it so hard to get a computer analysis!

Now with go, there is no such counterpart that I know of. In fact, I can't even figure out how to get a computer analysis at all! I found a program called Lizzie that can use LeelaZero, but I have to download separate things of GitHub and install 'this' and 'that' and run lines of code to get it working... Please, why is it so difficult! And even if I did get it working I would have to export my games from where ever I played them every time... All I want, is a simple Go website or program where I can play and analyse my games with a computer to see where I went wrong and what the best moves were. I've tried online-go.com but it takes forever to get a game and you have to pay for analysis.

The katrain is alternative to Lizzie which is easier to setup and run. It's true that you still have to download your games.

Chess.com

Given the enormous popularity of Go surely there's great incentive to create an intuitive unified platform like lichess? If money is an issue there's also great financial incentive with a business model like chess.com, it's free but the premium members just get extra features and content. Why hasn't this been done yet?
