How long does credit balances reflect on a credit report?

You want to pull the actual scores (a consumer pull) that lenders use for mortgages and not for credit cards or car loans. These are the FICO scores v2, v4 and v5. Go to myfico.com and you can pull your mortgage FICO scores. The lender will use the lowest mid-score of the applicants. I don't think credit.com provides the right FICO scores for mortgages and for sure Credit Karma doesn't do the right scores - they use Vantage scores which are not used for mortgages at all.
