How to get proper internet speeds?

You are talking about while you are connected to a VPN? You can only hit 100mbps using speedtest.net and not any other speedtest website? I find this to be normal. I too have a 100mbps package from my ISP, on a certain speedtest.net server, I can hit 100mbps easily, but if I go to fast.com / speedtest.xfinity.com / speedtest.googlefiber.net / speedof.me /- with fast.com I can never go over 20 or 30mbps, with xfinity I can get around 80mbps, google fiber the same 80mbps, speedof.me I get around 10 or 20mbps - but only a certain server on speedtest.net I can easily max out my internet connection. Im thinking its just the routing back to the VPN server, some speedtest sites are faster for that particular VPN server than others. If I am on my ISP no VPN I can hit 100mbps with all sites.
