As long as you're transacting through godaddy.com then you're good to go. insta-acceptance of a counter offer makes me think there's a lot more room on the table. however, I'd also stick to my word and sell at 5k if that's what I asked for. Going back and asking for more will cause them to lose trust and possibly walk away from the deal.
