Years ago my internet speed seemed slow, but my ISP showed me speedtest.net result and scammed (probably) my internet speed. But I showed them other websites result a few months back and they upped my speed. (I was paying for 10mbps but they were giving me 2 Mbps and using speedtest.net to scam the speed).
