Need advice. Task tracking app, similar to monday.com but for personal use

I recently implemented Monday.com for my work and I love it! It gives my team a better overview of orders that need tending to and tasks that need doing. I can prioratize orders/tasks after importance or urgency. I can assign tasks/orders to a sales person and keep track of it's status. I can add notes and updates to specific orders so everyone knows what's happening if someone is sick. (as I'm writing this, it kind of sounds like an ad for monday but I swear it's not lol, I'm just new at my job and this thing is making it easier for me after some months of struggling to keep up). I'm looking for something similar for my every-day tasks. I have ADHD so organization and time management are not a part of my skillset but I want to change that. I'm a manager of a retail store and I'm a parent, so what I'm looking for is a time management/task organizer/reminder type app. I like the easy customization of Monday.com but it's more for work teams and project management than personal. Do you guys have any ideas? ANY ideas welcome, and I would love to hear why you reccommend it, how it has helped you and what features you like/dislike (but if you're not in the mood for explanations and just want to put the name of the app/program/website/thing that's fine too!).

Notion

I landed on clickup. Its a bit like notion.so in that the content editor/comments editor work exactly the same (/ commands). Never used Monday but the custom field feature in clickup pro does everything I need it to do. The same tasks can be adapted to be viewed in tables, gantt charts, timelines, etc. They are are rapidly building out a new mobile app that is very promising.
