What is the best graph plotting software available for Linux?

Desmos Processing p5.js

A beautiful, innovative, and modern online graphing calculator.
I need to calculate geometric functions all the time, and it's a little time consuming to calculate manually by hand, so far I've used two online websites for this task, Desmos.com and Geogebra.com. It's something similar to these tools that I need, but more complete and that I can use without having to resort to a web browser; I need to calculate circular/elliptical motions, velocity/time graphs, vertex normals, etc. Since I am working on a 3d program, a software with 3d graphing capability would be very welcome, but not strictly necessary. What are some good tools you guys recommend for these tasks available for Linux?
