  The great news is that a Google search will show free or low cost MQTT servers (the broker) and dashboard solutions if you fancy a graph. e.g. Hive MQ has a totally open broker - great for testing BUT you want one with a bit more security - Adrafruit IO is fine for a small number of messages and topics.
