It's useful to filter down to certain sites by using the "On this site" filter and entering domains like gettyimages.com, listal.com, bellazon.com - I've found Yandex Reverse really useful for dropping similar looking images (like the Filipa ones or AI-generated ones) in, and finding potential candidates.   Yandex, the Russian Google, had one of the best image recognition software to search by picture. I think they where using AI for that. You can check how good is compared to others yourself, here is the link. Apparently, the very best in that field is a company called PimEyes owned by a guy on Tbilisi, Georgia.   It isn't difficult to find the original artist in most cases and link them directly or in the comments. There are great reverse image resources out there like SauceNao, Google Image Search, and Yandex's image search.
