Yandex.Images

Another great image search option, especially for Russian/eastern European material, is yandex. If you do an image search there, you'll find a gazillion results. Unfortunately it's nearly entirely non-English, and a ton of is generic listicle stuff.

TinEye

You can reverse image search this at tineye and then sort by oldest. That will show you some results from 2017. Clearly, this image was already viral repost fodder even back then. Unfortunately, most of the particular pages from 2017 no longer exist.
