  The power off button on the monitor does not work. If I type "http://yahoo.com/" in the address bar, it does not work as expected. Clicking on the Netscape Navigator logo works, but if I type the same address, "www3.netscape.com" manually into the address bar, it does not work.   When you type lets say "yahoo.com" it computer checks its cache to see if it has the ip of it, if it doesnt it goes to the name server of yahoo.com and gets the ip address of it which will allow you to connnect to the site? Source: 7 months ago

  That's so true. that's exactly the comment in the yahoo.com article on affirmative action. I can't find the article now. There's a photo of many af holding signs saying diversity.
