A great option for something like this would be the combination of WeWeb and XANO. By decoupling the front end from the backend you are going to be able to scale better and get much better performance. And that is not to mention that both tools are much more modern than Bubble. You can store that data in variables on the front end (browser), you can perform any calculations along the way. When you are done, you can store the data in a database of your choice, or not.
