For the "Cedar Season" chart, the data represented by the red star is an average of the readings posted SINCE midnight on the current day. Sites like breezometer and tomorrow.io are mostly AI generated values on a crude 1-to-5 scale. They post FIRST in the day because they are not really giving an exact point-in-time measurement.
