I'll also say - journaling is really cathartic and can be fun. Write your thoughts out - the good, the bad and the ugly. I try to start every entry with a list of things I'm grateful for before I dive into details. I also got something called the "Self-Reflection Journal" from werenotreallystrangers.com.
