Social recommendations and mentions

We have tracked the following product recommendations or mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you see what people think about VRV and what they use it for.
  • Hey Richard
Vrv.co you need an account but it's free. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • Why are we all going to Crunchyroll now?
Maybe this doesn't happen on the app or when you are logged in or whatever, but when I go to vrv.co the first thing I see, is the information you seek. Basically, before too long (we don't know exactly how long), Funimation, Wakanim, and VRV streaming services are closing down and the content from them will be on Crunchyroll. • PSA: Just saw the Tubi app has the first 4 seasons.
VRV is a streaming website with a lot of anime. Website: https://vrv.co/. Source: over 2 years ago
  • in your opinion, which streaming service has the best selection of dubs?
You can check out vrv im not sure if they have a big selection like Crunchyroll/funimation but they do have western animation there also. Source: over 2 years ago
  • Just Watched the Latest Demon Slayer Episode
It’s a website I found like 2 months ago. It’s pretty good. It has alotta animes and some cartoons. They let you watch for free. There are ads doe :/ It’s pretty good site doe. Would recommend Link: https://vrv.co. Source: over 2 years ago
  • Future we need!
Ah, https://vrv.co/. Unfortunately, not available in Canada (yet). Source: almost 3 years ago
  • Several years ago I had an idea for a computer case that finally came to fruition. (Repost with audio deleted)
Their other site vrv.co actually has a bunch of classic cartoons. Source: almost 3 years ago
  • Damn Fine didn't go easy.
It's streaming on vrv.co (just a subscriber) and possibly other places. Source: almost 3 years ago
  • Do you think Funimation and Crunchyroll will be combine as one site, if so what do you think they will name the new site?
VRV was a US-exclusive streaming service owned/run by Crunchyroll, and therefore it was also acquired by Funimation as part of their recent acquisition. When VRV originally launched in 2017, both Crunchyroll and Funimation were available on it, but in 2018, Funimation pulled out of the service and HiDive took its place. But HiDive is leaving the service at the end of this month, which means either Funimation is... Source: about 3 years ago
  • I can’t handle the app not working
If you're not in the US, it doesn't matter... If you are, it's https://vrv.co/. Source: about 3 years ago
  • Is Crunchyroll premium worth it?
However, if you're in the United States where it's available, it's much better to subscribe to VRV instead. VRV gets you all of the features of Crunchyroll premium plus the bonus of HiDive's entire anime library, and it's only $2 more per month than Crunchyroll (while HiDive by itself normally costs $5 a month) so it's a fantastic deal. There's no good reason to subscribe to Crunchyroll by itself if VRV is an option. Source: about 3 years ago
  • Where is the best place to stream more or lesser known oldschool anime? 1999 and older.
Nope. Crunchyroll and Funimation get most new shows but generally split the lot, both have sizable back catalogs as well though. HIDIVE has some as well (particularly older mecha series) and VRV combines the libraries of Crunchyroll and HIDIVE. Source: about 3 years ago
  • Best anime streaming platforms 2021 - Feed Based
Also, no mention of VRV at all? What the hell? Source: about 3 years ago
  • Help me choose a streaming service
I have VRV (vrv.co) which includes Crunchyroll and more...for pretty much the same cost. Source: about 3 years ago
  • Suggestions on sites to watch shows
If you're in the United States, cancel Crunchyroll and upgrade to VRV immediately. It's basically the equivalent of adding HiDive's entire library (which has some pretty good exclusives and a lot of retro content) to Crunchyroll's for only $2 more a month, when HiDive by itself costs $5 a month. There's very little reason to subscribe to Crunchyroll or HiDive by themselves if VRV is an option. Source: over 3 years ago
  • Is there a good anime website
Vrv.co is a website that bundles crunchyroll and Hidive and 3 other non-anime platforms with a paid subscription fee. But you can also watch the content for free with Ads. Source: over 3 years ago
  • What’s the best tv/movie recommendations for a 5yo and 2yo here in 2021?
The Weird Al Show (1997-1998) - available on Shout! Factory TV, VRV, and Peacock (TV-G). Source: over 3 years ago
  • Do you use any streaming service specializing in foreign content? Which ones?
I have a membership for VRV it gives me access to Crunchyroll and HIDive. Source: over 3 years ago
  • Realized I may be missing some region exclusive anime, is there a list of what's available exclusively and where?
Also if you are in the USA and you want to add [HiDive](www.hidive.com) to your streaming lineup I’d recommend switching from crunchyroll to VRV as it’s a bundle deal of 6 streaming platforms including crunchyroll and HiDive for less than the cost of just those two separately. Source: over 3 years ago
  • What’s the best app to watch anime?? In your opinion
If you live in the United States, cancel Crunchyroll/HiDive and get VRV instead. It gives you the combined libraries of both sites (plus some bonus non-anime content like Rooster Teeth First) for a price cheaper than subscribing to them separately. Crunchyroll is $8 a month, HiDive is $5, that adds to $13, VRV is $10, and $10 is less than $13. Source: over 3 years ago
  • Need a place to watch anime
Vrv.co has all of crunchyrolls content with a better player and interface (imo). Source: over 3 years ago
