  • Still having this issue. I tried cleaning/greasing the z axis rod, tightening all belts/wheels, reducing flow, installing super struts to keep the bed from shaking, checking z offset, looking at the bowden tube. I'm going insane and this model worked so many times in the past. Any more suggestions?
    Convert G-code to STL using something like Voxelizer or MakePrintable. Edit STL to remove supports and give a smoother, less bloated mesh. Generate the supports you need and print. Source: over 2 years ago
