Can you be more precise? Vivaldi sync requires you to login with your vivaldi.net account details, but you also likely set a password on the sync profile itself. The Vivaldi login can be reset, but that sync password is known only by you. That's by design, because Vivaldi respects your privacy. Source: over 1 year ago
Vivaldi (the company that makes the browser with the same name) runs the community portal https://vivaldi.net/ with a blogging platform, user forum, and webmail service. All this is free of charge and ad free in an attempt to get users interested in also using the Vivaldi browser. Signing up for webmail used to require providing a phone number for sending an SMS verification code to keep spammers away from using... Source: almost 2 years ago
The email client is unique to Vivaldi as far as I know. But I've not had the issues with disappearing messages and I use it with a Gmail, AOL, and vivaldi.net account, not to mention having about 200 RSS feeds as well. Might be something dorked up in your profile? Source: almost 2 years ago

Many people will say Firefox. Firefox is alright. I like Vivaldi: https://vivaldi.net. Source: about 2 years ago
I'm just gonna start screaming VIVALDI at people until it's as popular as... At least Edge. Source: about 2 years ago
The Feeds panel is rather limited at this point. You can also check your feeds using the mail panel which gives you all sorts of filtering possibilities (likely not everything you are looking for but at least keywords). AFAIK it is necessary to configure an email account to make the mail panel active (e.g. Your vivaldi.net mail account which you have automatically if you have created an account with Vivaldi to use... You should of course not be needed to use a VPN to log into your vivaldi.net account. Are these all the same version of Vivaldi (outside of the android version) and do you know if this happens on other versions? How long have you been experiencing the issue? Do you get any particular error message? Source: over 2 years ago
I'm thinking in leaving my gmail account and I'm looking into alternatives. I've read about proton.me, fastmail.com and vivaldi.net (this last one due to I already have an email account there). Source: over 2 years ago
Vivaldi Mail 1.0 is built into the Vivaldi browser and incorporates Vivaldi Calendar and Feed Reader. The main highlight of Vivaldi Mail is that it shows all your emails from multiple accounts in a single inbox, so you don’t have to switch between accounts. It works with any email provider that supports IMAP and POP3, including Gmail. You can use your existing mail service or set up an account on vivaldi.net. Source: almost 3 years ago
I only have 1 complaint: can't login due to connection error to vivaldi.net. Apparently it's a common issue, and I don't know how to fix it. I tried adding an IP address to the hosts file from DNSchecker and it doesn't seem to work. If this could be fixed then I might make this my main. Source: almost 3 years ago
Now I'm trying to remember that vivaldi.com is the product site, and vivaldi.net is the community site. Although there are links on top of both to get to the other place. Then there's help.vivaldi.com... But you can only get to it from vivaldi.com, and once you're there, you can't get out of it. It's a dead-end. Source: almost 3 years ago
A cross-check with annotated measurements showed a systemic mismatch. Every size on the screenshot from Figma in Firefox was too small. Another cross-check using Vivaldi (a web browser based on Chromium) proved that my problem only occured in Firefox. - Source: dev.to / about 3 years ago

Can I ask if vivaldi is available in the philippines? Browser sign insync and vivaldi.net is not working or cannot be reach. Source: about 3 years ago
I love the idea/ethics of Firefox 100%, but (and maybe this is just a "me" problem/my own lack of technical-prowess) but I actually find FF TOO "secure"/paranoid. Mainly the 2FA is just too much. I shouldn't need two devices to login to my account. Couple that with an apparent bug in FF that always sends the 2FA verification to my old email address (@gmail.com) despite my FF account showing that my email... - Source: Hacker News / over 3 years ago

Well if that's the case, can I add outside email (vivaldi.net) to the Tutanota desktop & phone client? I'd like 1 client to be able to access both my email addresses. Source: over 3 years ago
I just tested with a new user profile and it worked as expected. I went to https://vivaldi.net and followed these instructions: https://help.vivaldi.com/desktop/tools/sync/. Source: almost 4 years ago
