And as the Quest runs Android, you can simply download the Android version and either sideload it into the Quest or if you already have a file manager installed in your Quest, just access the site directly from your Quest, download it and install. So like there was this new update of Vita right now and I updated it but after updating it got moved by my anti virus to the quarantine zone which is like a place where bad files go.   It's too bad there isn't a decent Vita emulator out there (one is starting though). I think the Deck would be perfectly suited to run the HD Collection even though it doesn't have Peace Walker in that version. Source: about 2 years ago
