Don’t know about any ports, only Vita3K emulator that’s steadily improving: https://vita3k.org. Source: 10 months ago
Vita3K, it's a cross-platform Vita emulator. And as the Quest runs Android, you can simply download the Android version and either sideload it into the Quest or if you already have a file manager installed in your Quest, just access the site directly from your Quest, download it and install. However I don't think ATLUS will port these games, just seems unlikely. The best way to play them right now is through Vita3K (Ps Vita emulation), it's not the best solution but not much you can do about it. Source: over 1 year ago
Audio crackling is because its on an emulator (Vita3K), the game is fully playable otherwise though, I've had no crashes. Source: over 1 year ago
An emulator for the PS Vita which is still in an experimental stage but shows promise. https://vita3k.org/. Source: over 1 year ago
Title kind of sums it up already. So like there was this new update of Vita right now and I updated it but after updating it got moved by my anti virus to the quarantine zone which is like a place where bad files go. And I don't really know why. I downloaded this at the official site which is https://vita3k.org/. Source: over 1 year ago
Vita3k can play at least 50 games now. Still not much, but it's getting there Vita3k.org. Source: almost 2 years ago

Well there is https://vita3k.org. It doesn’t run that many games (around 10%) but it seems to be getting there. Source: about 2 years ago
It's too bad there isn't a decent Vita emulator out there (one is starting though). I think the Deck would be perfectly suited to run the HD Collection even though it doesn't have Peace Walker in that version. Source: about 2 years ago
Vita can be emulated: https://vita3k.org/. Source: about 2 years ago
