However, there's another predicting website, metathon.com, that analyzes several weeks of your training data from Strava to calculate an estimated race pace. For me, it suggests a 3:50 finish time. My wife's coach uses the VDOT platform for loading workouts on her watch. They chat via SMS to align on the training plan (and scheduling around work), then the coach sends the workouts to her watch seamlessly.
