This community software is an interesting alternative to Facebook groups

UUKI is a community platform that is not restrictive. It is also simple to use and its speed is great. Perhaps an improvement of the design of the UX is desiderable, however the embedding possibilities are broad so it makes the publishing of media very straight forward and powerful.

UUKI is promising, but it needs some work

UUKI has shown a lot of promise since its initial days, and it has been a mixed run till now. While it does offer a decent number of features for a new platform, it falls short on a few things. Let's go one by one. Pros: Offers moderation tools for admins and mods. Ability to build categories (called Spaces). Is very user-friendly, and you will be up and running within a matter of minutes. Built to be customizable to better blend with your existing website. Has a responsive user interface to cater to mobile users. Offers webhooks for third-party integrations and it works like a charm. Caters to multiple use cases (I'm still exploring them). Great ramifications features helps in boosting user engagement. It offers true white-labeling for higher tiers.

Cons: Base tiers don't offer true white-label. There are a few bugs, but that's expected from any new software.

    Good community building platform

UUKI is a nice and minimalistic community platform. While this may be a limitation for some, I really value it precisely for its simplicity to use (and administer).

Great Community Platform and VERY Responsive development team

I have had a great experience using Uuki to build my community. It's a newer platform, so it's not as robust (yet) as other platforms (i.e. Tribe, Mighty Networks, Circle) - but it's getting there. What I like the most is that Uuki has the basics for any community building, and then they are further developing the software based on our needs. The development team is very responsive (sometimes I receive an response within minutes and always the same day) and I have full confidence that Uuki is going to continue growing in its functionality. The price is also very nice.

    UUKI: The Future of COmmunities

UUKI allowed me to own community platform that I am able to steer the direction of without having to worry about the social media overlords changing the rules on me and ruining my business. With UUKI's management & moderation tools, analytics, monetization, and subforums features, I am able to get a far greater understanding of my community and how I can better serve them. Well-thought community platform with many features

UUKI is an excellent community platform that is very easy to setup and doesn't require much learning curve. The customisable gamification features are an added bonus.

    🏁 Competitors: Beam.gg
πŸ‘ Pros:    Uuki allows me to have a community that is completely under my control except white-label email.
πŸ‘Ž Cons:    Uuki sent the invite mail using default uuki support mail, and my user can't reply to that mail directly to us. the smtp and awp white label is a paid add-on feature.

Great community platform - Alternative to Circle.so and Tribe

Was looking for a good alternative to my Facebook group and found UUKI platform which offers a lot more functions to set and grow my business community. UUKI allows you to set your feed posts to look like a forum, or like a FB group newsfeed, or in a set of cards or tiles on the screen, so you can choose how you want your community's information to be displayed. I like this a lot cuz I can have a section that acts like a forum, and a section that acts like a FB group newsfeed.

You can allow members to share posts on social media, so you can get new eyes on your community and grow it, or you can keep posts completely private. You can allow members to post anonymously as well if you like, which can mean that people who are too shy to ask a question will ask it now, cuz they don't have to feel like they are asking a "dumb question" and can also feel free to share something personal without revealing their identity.

You can link your social media and websites in your community as well, and choose where on the screen those links live, which is nice. I like them on the right-hand navigation.

Elements of gamification are already built-in, like karma, rank, and leaderboard. You can name the ranks whatever you like, so it fits your brand. I'm looking forward to even more gamification to keep members engaged and coming back for more.

You can post polls, images, videos, and links. You can turn on "trending posts" as a way for people to find some of the most engaging content quickly.

You can choose moderators and they have their own mod dashboard to look over things, like invites, reported posts and comments, unapproved posts, and banned words, and there's a moderation log as well so you can look back at your mods' work.

There is community analytics, though I haven't gotten to test this yet as I haven't made my community live yet. So far, it shows top-performing posts, top topics, most engaged members, and most popular days to post. Looking forward to what else they will bring to their analytics.

There are more features I haven't gotten to play with yet, like API, Webhooks, tags, and other things in the community settings section.

I'm excited to see new features and updates as they roll in. It'll be great to see features that allow us to fully replace FB groups, circle.so, tribe, discord, Patreon, and the like.

    🏁 Competitors: Mighty Networks, Circle.so, Tribe.so
πŸ‘ Pros:    Apis and webhooks|Simple to setup|The gamification functionalities are fun|Custom domain (cname)
πŸ‘Ž Cons:    Ui can be improved|No mobile app yet|High monetization fee

    Make Your Community Matter

I found UUKI after searching for a way to create a community around my content. I need an easy way to build custom discussions that would encourage members to engage with each other and with me, which is exactly what UUKI provides. UUKI is highly customizable and I was able to build a site that matched my style and brand within a couple of hours. No need to hire a developer on my end to create a custom site. UUKI helps my users engage with each other in a variety of ways. The setup of the community is easy for users to follow and promotes the flow of conversation.

πŸ‘ Pros:    Uuki is highly customizable.
πŸ‘Ž Cons:    The ui and white label features need more improvements.

    Uuki Is Great!

I was pleasantly surprised on how great Uuki is. It is a wonderful creator community platform and the moderation tools and features are incredible. Uuki streamlines everything right from the beginning and saves you a ton of time. This enables you to focus on developing your community and making great content. Also, the UI is very pleasant and easy to use, which shows in the top-notch support they offer. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a platform for their community, with a great range of features.

UUKI's creator community platform gives you a space to discuss your favorite products and engage in discussions with other members of the community. If you want to engage with new products and learn more about them, create a membership space so that you can share information and discoveries with others. UUKI has everything you need to create an amazing community. Whether you are creating a business or creating a community, UUKI has something for everyone. Their creator community platform makes UUKI easily the most comprehensive creator community platform on the market.

I am able to migrate my social media followers, and subscribers to the Uuki platform as well as advertise products and services.

πŸ‘ Pros:    Great customer support|User friendly interface|Saves a ton of time|Clean ui

    Great Product for Community Builder

    What I like:

I like the fact that Ankur and his team really listen to their early users. They just keep on improving UUKI and it's really not that hard to transfer your community from FB to UUKI. There's just so much features and it keeps on improving.

What do you dislike? We'll the UI/UX can definitely have some improvement. The event feature is also something that they can improve on. I know it is not the main feature but I like it and I hope they can develop it more.

What problems are you solving with Uuki? What benefits have you realized? If you are a coach or a content creator then you can use UUKi to create a community for paid users. In you work for a company and you have a large team, you can even consider this as your social platform where employees can interact socially and things related to work.

Uuki is a community platform with high potential

I'm loving the new Uuki community. It's a platform that I've been following for some time now, and it seems like every update is better than the last. The interface is becoming increasingly easier to use--I can't wait to see what added features they come up with next! Uuki is still young in its development and some of the white label features need to be ironed out as well as the ability to upload different types of media for my personal intended use case.

A great community platform for companies and creators

We want to nurture our community to provide more added value than just our products. This way we show them that we care about their ideas, feelings and contributions, as we want to build a close tribe of users. Uuki provides an environment where people can exchange ideas, share content, and collaborate on projects. These communities engage customers, increase retention, and increase word-of-mouth. We also feel that this is the easiest way to partner with our clients to build communities together (instead of just a blog, or something like that). We searched, and other options are very limiting or super expensive, Uuki ticks most boxes at a price that we can manage.

Setting up the community is super easy and straightforward. If you go through the setting one by one yo an easily have a community ready for prime time in less than half an hour. I think this is what reeled me in, I had tried other community platforms but they were very complex, written in stone, and felt like a lot of maintenance/managing had to go to it. Uuki has a very simple structure and you an set moderation very easily to build and control de community with the help of the community itself, which feels like a glorious circle as it creates more ownership.

    Build Your Community Your Way!

You may use it to create your own community around any subject. You can start with a basic community and develop it into a flourishing one over time. Managing all elements of your community, from members and discussions to creating postings, creating polls, and promoting events are simple with UUKI. Our current community is built on Facebook and it's losing reach daily. With each algorithm update, we are losing reach. With UUKI we hope to fix this. Our members can set up notifications and never miss important updates.

Also, the team behind the product is amazing. They are deploying new features and bug fixes quickly.

    White labelled community platform

It's a whitelebelled community platform . It's seen as an alternative to Facebook group, tribe , circle ,beam etc. To list a few I have enjoyed the features mentioned. 1. CNAME for your community. Branding, also available. So it's your kingdom . Uuki is nowhere to come . 2. SMTP send your email from your domain 3. Private spaces : run a membership channel by keeping things private. Users pay for access. 4. Forum is awesome. It has different spaces . Users join to get access 5. Autopost to Twitter , telegram, discord and also many more with webhooks and pabbly. 6. Gamifications is awesome. It's competitive among users and increase engagement.

    🏁 Competitors: Beam, Circle.so
    πŸ‘ Pros:    Whitelabel|Cname + ssl|Forum|Private space|Smtp|Notifications|Event management

    Good Product

I love how active and prompt founders are in the community to help users who need their support or help. I use UUKI to build my student community where they can come and ask queries.

The UI needs some serious work, some bit of customisation, adding a HERO, a header, and maybe a payment portal will be helpful. Having a set of tutorials will help catch up easily with the tool and the options. I would love some more analytics. Having an integration with social media, such as, ability to invite Facebook friends to join the community will be helpful.

It isn't easy to persuade people to sign-up for a community like this. From the perspective of habit change, people keep doing what they have been doing. Most people are on Facebook or other social media communities. So to bring them to this community and then expect to engage is a lot to ask for.

    Full control community platform

Uuki is a great tool for building your community. It's easy to use and has a lot of features that you can play around with. I love using the Uuki platform to build my community, especially because it gives me more control over how I like my community set up. With this program, I don't have to worry about getting banned and restricted by social platforms like facebook and the likes. Instead, I get the right UI, private spaces, notifications sent, announcements, surveys, reviews, and all of the best features a private community can have. The developments are quick and community-based as well.

    🏁 Competitors: Tribe.so, Circle.so

    Truly embodies the word "community

I love the user interface, the simplicity of use, and the amazing features. They have the features you NEED to run a community. It is one of the best platforms out there for a community. I am truly in love.

Recommendations to others considering the product: If you have very complex needs, please reach out to the team first before jumping in. Otherwise, it is perfect for most people.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm providing a high touch, exclusive community outside the confines of social media networks and also reducing distractions while learning and providing value.

    Uuki Community Platform

UUKI is a community platform that combines premium memberships, discussions, events, newsletters, and content under your own brand. You can choose a theme that matches your brand and use a customized domain name. It offers the option to invite members to join your site and to send them emails using custom setups for a completely white-labeled experience. You may think of Uuki as an alternative to Circle, Tribe, Peerboard, Mighty Network, Patreon, and Beam. The platform is ideal for content creators, marketers, course instructors, social group organizers, influencers, and coaches that want to connect with their audience in a private or public space. The key features of Uuki include community management, moderation tools, analytics, forums, feeds, invite-only spaces, anonymous posts, categories, tags, gamification, and monetization. Engage your members by sharing polls, videos, images, and links, and do all of this with moderation. Uuki integrates with various platforms, including VadooTV, Youtube, Vimeo, Facebook, and Twitter. Webhooks, API access, and Radaar and Zapier integrations are available in Uuki. One notable feature is the ability to embed code from other applications and tools inside Uuki posts. In summary, Uuki has many options and features, making it very easy to build a community. I am looking forward to the many exciting features on the horizon for Uuki.

    Great Community Option

The developers, the pace in which they are improving the platform, this is a really focused team, they are constantly improving the platform, support is also responsive which is really good to see, had problems in the past with other SAAS companies that apparently had a great service but support was lacking, this is fortunately not the case with Uuki.

I’m already using another software from this company and never had any issues, development is still going strong, so this gave me confidence in the team and product to get Uuki right away when it was released, I think we have a winner here.

UUKI has made me more of a believer

[UPDATED] Prior to purchasing my license for UUKI, I have read a lot of positive reviews. So, when I dove in after registering, honestly, I was somewhat skeptical and a little deflated when I saw the user interface. It looked clunky, amateur, and just plain ol' uninspired. Luckily, the promise this software shows and what it does under the hood is a far cry from the first visual impression. Don't judge a book by its' cover, I suppose. The features are simple but powerful. The functionality and features are limited but extremely easy to execute. Given that this is still a product in its' infancy stage, and given what amazing strides and progress the developers have done with the other service, I am excited to see where this journey goes. If you're even "thinking" you might want to offer community-type services, stack up while you can and stick around. It's going to be fun. [UPDATED]

This was my first review for UUKI. Since then and in that short time, there have been a TON of updates. The user interface now looks adjusted and easier to navigate. The features have grown and matured into very useful extensions of the what community app is intended to do, yet they remain simple to use. And what is probably the most impressive, isn't actually contained within the software application itself. It's the customer service. The folks behind UUKI's development are some of the fastest I've seen when it comes to responding to users' reports, questions, and requests. In just the short time since it was launched, UUKI is proving trustworthy as a good investment.

    πŸ‘ Pros:    Customer service|Excellent features
πŸ‘Ž Cons:    Some bugginess still to be worked out
