I am in this exact situation also. 100% work from home and just moved to the country. The highest data cap I found was to use https://unlimitedville.com/ its 500gb, but you can get multiple plans. There's also stuff like Unlimitedville (https://unlimitedville.com) which isn't cheap at $150-250/mo (depending on whether you want T-Mobile, AT&T, or Verizon backed service), but Starlink isn't cheap either. It's likely that Unlimitedville would be able to get you service considerably better than 10Mbps at the location you'd like to move to. $150 for T-Mobile, $200 for AT&T, or $250 for Verizon isn't cheap, but... Check if you can get a a couple of decent bands here… https://www.cellmapper.net/map?MCC=-1&MNC=-1 if yes, you could get hotspots or a third party provider like https://unlimitedville.com/ a cat18 modem with 4x mimo can get you decent results..
