  I am in this exact situation also. 100% work from home and just moved to the country. The highest data cap I found was to use https://unlimitedville.com/ its 500gb, but you can get multiple plans. I may do that I use about .9-1.2TB of throughput a month when I was on the grid. It is a little pricey though, but my best option so it's worth I feel. Source: over 2 years ago

  There's also stuff like Unlimitedville (https://unlimitedville.com) which isn't cheap at $150-250/mo (depending on whether you want T-Mobile, AT&T, or Verizon backed service), but Starlink isn't cheap either. It's likely that Unlimitedville would be able to get you service considerably better than 10Mbps at the location you'd like to move to. $150 for T-Mobile, $200 for AT&T, or $250 for Verizon isn't cheap, but...
