  You can always try design.ui.com you'll need to create (a free) account to use it. It's design for unifi products, but you can see how things work with their APs, and I'd bet you aren't looking at much better with other brands products.   Unifi. Just ditched my Eeros for it and would never go back. Grab a Switch Lite 16 and a few AP's (My pick is U6 Pro or if you don't want to roof mount u6 mesh). You can even upload your house plan on design.ui.com and test out coverage etc. Source: about 1 year ago

  Very nice diagram! Go over to the Unifi Design Center: https://design.ui.com/ upload your diagram and use one measurement you know (length of a single wall) and it will create an model to scale. Then you draw lines defining thicker/exterior walls, thinner/interior walls, and other dividers (if appropriate).
