That confirms my suspicion. Someone I know told me that you can set up a trust online at trustandwill.com in 20 minutes and that it's as straightforward as a will, but I was skeptical. Source: 12 months ago
There is a website called "Trust and Will" https://trustandwill.com/ . You can get your entire estate plan for about $600. Once all the documents are made, you just need to get them notarized - so, all in, about $650-700. These docs will include the will, but also the living will, power of attorney, etc. - stuff you need not only if she dies, but if she has another stroke and is alive but incapacitated. It's... I'm thinking positive thoughts. Planning and preparing are helpful. I don't know your family or plans but you can do a will online at trustandwill.com. Make sure you have a beneficiary named on every account, including your bank account. You can also do a beneficiary deed for your house which is less expensive than a trust. Search google for more info on this topic. Source: over 1 year ago
Side note: if you don't already have your own, set up a will/trust. Wife an I used an online service (trustandwill.com or something) just to get something in place. We'll talk to a lawyer for review/update when things "settle down" hahahahaha. Source: over 1 year ago
Use a site like willmaker.com / rocketlawyer.com / trustandwill.com to draft the documents indicating that Craig should be the sole owner upon Claudia's death, and like above I and the other beneficiaries and me are entitled to inherit it after Craig and that the house must be sold then, have Claudia sign or authorize in the presence of a notary and witness. The house and will would be included in the trust (not... Source: over 1 year ago

This is a pretty user-friendly online option that is very economical compared to hiring a lawyer directly. https://trustandwill.com/. Source: almost 2 years ago
I made mine through trustandwill.com because I'm too lazy to find a lawyer. There's a yearly fee so it may not make sense based on your financial situation. Ideally you would get your will notarized when you're done. You'll want to take two witnesses to a notary for this (call your bank and ask if they ever have a notary on site, some do). If you're not able to do this, it's not a huge deal. It's just going to... Source: over 2 years ago

I am ready to create an estate plan for my wife and I (been procrastinating too long) and have narrowed it down to Trust and Will. Just one last stop here to see if anyone has any feedback using them for their estate planning needs. TIA. Source: over 2 years ago
There are a few different ways of completing your estate planning. For more complex estates, it's always best to visit a lawyer. For basic Wills, online Wills can be an excellent and affordable solution. There are different online will providers in different countries. For example: Epilogue (that's us!) services all Canadian provinces (excluding Quebec) https://epiloguewills.com. If you're in the USA, Trust &... Source: over 2 years ago
I did quick one on https://trustandwill.com/ the day before my scheduled c-section and took it to my bank to get signed/notarized. I need to make a living trust though and I plan to update the will annually. Source: over 2 years ago
