Most do because it's a regular street address with a box number (on the second second address line). A USPS PO Box has no street address and has "PO Box 123" on the first address line, so it's easy to identify and prohibit. If anyone's considering this, other popular vendors are https://www.virtualpostmail.com/ and https://travelingmailbox.com/. - Source: Hacker News / 3 months ago
I used one years ago, and I think it was this one: https://travelingmailbox.com/ They have a bunch of addresses for you to pick from, and it works the same way for any other similar service, so check around and see if one has addresses that you like. The keyword is "mail forwarding service". For US addresses, there's a form you have to sign and get notarized to authorize them to handle your mail, because... - Source: Hacker News / 4 months ago
BTW: I use travelingmailbox.com - they scan your mail and will forward to you (if you choose). PS. I pay extra to get an address for my home state. Source: 10 months ago

There a lot of people who live semi-nomadic lifestyles (like full-time RVers) or just spend a lot of time away from home who get all their mail scanned and emailed to them. There are fairly affordable services for it, like this one. Source: 12 months ago
Can’t tell if this would be useful for you but I use https://travelingmailbox.com/ for our startup so company mail gets scanned within the day. Source: about 1 year ago
Reason behind this is I'm trying to start a small business with a partner who's in another state and I won't be living at my current address soon (I'll be traveling around a lot too), so I need a way to manage my mail remotely. I've been checking out a bunch of different options and I'm finding it a little overwhelming. I've come across the more popular ones like ipostal1, Docupost and Travelling Mailbox, but I... One thing that I don't think is in the wiki is the mail forwarding. I personally switched to a company that receives my mail, scans it for me, and will ship me the physical mail for a fee if I request it. And then I set up mail forwarding to that address. There are a number of companies that offer this, and I use https://travelingmailbox.com/. Source: over 1 year ago
I’m an expat living in Germany, so I also needed a solution for mail. Scan->Email is by far the best solution I found. I use this company and am very very happy with it. https://travelingmailbox.com/. Source: over 1 year ago

Has anyone used a virtual mailbox before? I'd like to start using one. I'll be giving up my actual address when I travel for a bit. The number of options available has confused me a bit but I looked up Traveling Mail Box and Docupost. Are there any more you guys can suggest? Source: over 1 year ago

Traveling Mail Box provides package forwarding. We are an online platform that provides virtual mailbox services. It is a good option for businesses. We are a reliable service provider. We provide a real physical street address that is unique to you, and as your mail arrives, we scan the outside of the envelope, and then you tell us to scan the contents, forward the item, shred it, return it, or hold it. We are selling our house and moving into a rental in the same city. What virtual mailbox can keep our address confidential? I'm considering either/both 1Postal1 or Traveling Mailbox. Source: over 1 year ago
I don't, but if I did, I'd us a digital mail service like https://travelingmailbox.com/. Source: over 1 year ago
Just an address you can receive mail at: https://travelingmailbox.com/. They have a ton of locations, if you want no state income tax + high CoL: Seattle. Note there's some issues with using these types of addresses (specifically those designated as Commercial Mail Receiving Agencies by the USPS) with some banks and credit card issuers. Probably your employer would be fine with this. Bona fide South Dakota state... - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago
