For Dutch, I found a great test from transparent.com, but while they claim to offer Hindi classes, they do not apparently have a placement test. I took several other placement tests and they all placed me around the same level, so they all seem pretty well calibrated to each other. This one is the only one that I saw that also offered Hindi, but I am not far along in my Hindi studies so I can't vouch for it:... Source: over 1 year ago
I highly recommend giving Transparent Language's Cree lessons. They're extremely well done, and you can use a 14-day trial. It's in the Swampy Cree dialect, and there are loads of other indigenous languages to try (Ojibwe, Nakota, etc.). Source: almost 2 years ago
