I started looking at specific industries I was interested in. The last time I was looking for a job I thought working for a non-profit might be fulfilling and I found tech jobs for good. I also looked at the sports industry and found work in sports. Source: 10 months ago
My main struggle in life is the lack of motivation to do things in general, btw I've even became a neet because of this. The main reason to my lack of motivation is that I dont want to waste my life on a bullshit job, I wanna find something meningful. Im into the EA movements. Im searching for jobs on techjobsforgood.com, 80000hrs jobs page, but I dont know if at the end this jobs will be just another jobs or if... Source: 11 months ago

I recommend checking out this site (pay might not be stellar but these are places where number of applicants is lower by nature of them mostly being not for profit): https://techjobsforgood.com and https://wellfound.com/jobs and https://www.crunchboard.com. If fulfillment is really what you seek, think about the outcomes that matter to you, then go look for others trying to achieve them. You may find more satisfaction working on something meaningful rather than being opportunistic. Try searching job descriptions for the keywords/phrases you list in you areas of interest, even if not for the role you want. That can let you discover companies/orgs in those areas. There... I suppose it depends on what you value. Recently I have been digging through Climatebase and Tech Jobs for Good. In the past I have also found some kinds of dev tools compelling, when they seemed like they would give people more power over their digital lives - this was part of what motivated my last job, trying to democratize ML a bit more. Im sure this is mentioned in this thread but just to be sure make sure you check this out. https://techjobsforgood.com/ Only thing I ever applied to on there was a python job at a carbon capture startup in New Zealand. This post vibed with me a lot, and something that helped me when I was in a similar situation was doing some interviews through https://techjobsforgood.com/ and https://www.singlesprout.com/ which showed me there are high paying tech jobs that work on meaningful things. Source: almost 2 years ago
It would depend on what kind of role you have (e.g. Client facing vs operations). However, as a general rule, remote working has been a thing for many INGOs (due to the nature of the organization) and many employees (including myself) are remote on a permanent basis. As such, maybe you could look into roles in an INGO. If you’re a tech person, you should look into Tech Jobs for Good. Source: almost 2 years ago
