They do have indoor rowing on strava. I use my garmin for it. You can also use the strava app to record "workout" since it's not listed as a specific activity. https://tapiriik.com/ is also a great way to sync activities across platforms. Source: about 1 year ago

Https://tapiriik.com/ will do it in a platform agnostic way. It doesn’t do Polar directly though so you’d need to set Polar Flow to sync to Strava, and then Tapiriik moves it to Garmin. Still automatic but it adds a hop. Source: about 2 years ago
