  Is there a way to implement an extension/plugin system like Tachiyomi in dotnet? Fyi, it is a manga reader app on Android by web scraping. Usually, manga website are built using common WordPress theme. So tachiyomi extension only needs to define the CSS selector and related data once and create the apk for each website to be installed.
