Hmm, that's a fairly specific scenario. I'm a Mac guy but the easiest software solution I'm seeing for Windows would probably be Tablet Pro. You could also try an alternative like Buttoncommander to build your own Toolbar. GestureSign or MultiSwipe might be useful to you, too. Source: about 2 years ago
Yeah they would - you can use that feature to literally put the recycle bin in the taskbar. Or they long press and select delete from the context menu. Or, if they had the old explorer, they could select the file and hit the delete button in the ribbon. Not an SLS user, but an artist working on Surface Pro here. You might want to look into Tablet Pro - you can create custom sidebars with buttons on your screen with different macros and functions.
