• I've added a bunch of planets to my game. Now I want to have a superweapon that fires big suns at players. Unfortunately when close its so bright you can't see anything. This is partially because of the bloom, partially because the object is bright itself. Does anyone have any creative solutions?

  Our Sun is 100x wider than Earth so assuming your space ships are a tiny fraction of Earth at the scale your camera is zoomed in the Sun would 100% dominate the entire field of view. To be realistic the camera view would be blinding white with no other detail.
