Assuming you're talking about the Taskbar, yeaahhhhh that's a thing with Windows 11 unfortunately. You can use something like StartAllBack or Start11 (both of which are paid) to restore that functionality. Either that, or you can use ExplorerPatcher (free) to restore the Windows 10 Taskbar and thus its functionality. Source: about 2 years ago

I just bought s new laptop with W11. I knew I wouldn't like the UI as I have tried it on a different PC. I was planning on installing W10. However, I did a clean W11 install and installed https://startallback.com. Source: over 2 years ago
I got startallback for moving the taskbar to the right side of the screen, but it has this weird error where the "start" button turns to a default button graphic. Instead of being the windows icon, it's a white box with the word "Start" in Arial in the middle. This looks hideous. When I reboot, it appears properly in the taskbar, but then turns to this default white box if I click it twice. Any idea how to get the... Source: over 2 years ago
