Subscription boxes or subscription to various software is another way to go. You can think of getting a beginner friendly photo editor for PC like Photoworks or Luminar or a video editor like Adobe Premier or Clipify or a professional slideshow maker if you need one for studies (here is a list of good ones) or whatever you need or would like to have. Good question. I have used Luminar (I have a current License) but I did not include it in my list because it is not a full-fledged image editor. Luminar is more of a powerful alternative to Lightroom, though it is capable of manipulating images in the way of various sky replacements, portrait (facial) corrections, etc...
