One thing the help me figure out my acne journey is to check ingredients of each product. I use skinsort website and just type in each product you’re using right now. It will tell you the acne trigger ingredients. I dont think Snail mucin is giving you acne. Also try the AHA/BHA of Cosrx.. (targets both whiteheads and blackhead), Good morning cleanser by Cosrx is good too but can be a bit drying. I would say... Source: about 1 year ago
I personally really like the purito b5 barrier cream. I used it during fall-winter and it worked so well for my skin. It’s fragrance free as well and good for my sensitive skin. I recommend using this and this website to search, they’ve helped me a lot. Source: over 1 year ago
Hi there - it might be fungal acne, I was battling this for a while but it was on my neck and chest. I am pretty clear now but I do still have to use products that are fungal acne safe otherwise I will flare up again. With that being said, even though you are using the ingredients that are supposed to treat fungal acne - there is most likely other ingredients/fillers/chemicals that FEED fungal acne in those... SkinSort is good at dissecting ingredients on popular skincare (and shampoo by the looks of it): https://skinsort.com/. Source: almost 2 years ago
I recommend the website Skinsort.com for the OP and anyone needing to read about ingredients and compare products! They have an ingredient analyzer too (copy paste). Source: almost 2 years ago
Looks like PD to me. Make sure not to apply hydrocortisone, exfoliating acids and keep the area as dry as possible. Basically you have to stop the usage of any products that could be feeding malassezia yeast, which is most of them. I use skinsort.com to look through my products/ingredients. Here are some options: Sebamed clear moisturizer, squalane (100% from sugarcane), Uriage cica cream-gel or the serum. Wash... Source: almost 2 years ago

For the most part I personally opt to do cleanser, treatment, moisturizer, sunscreen in the morning and then oil cleanse, regular cleanse, treatment, and lots of moisturizer at night. Be weary I have very dry skin so other products might be better for you; this is just my general order. I also tend to rotate products a bit (ie. I use other treatments off and on and don't always moisturize thrice). I try not to... Source: over 2 years ago
So I just found out that skinsort.com works really well with the Save to Notion extension! Sometimes I have really bad luck when it comes to saving all the page info to a notion page, so I never do it. But I tried it out, as skincare is something I take notes on....so I don't mix things I shouldn't and fry my skin off. Source: over 2 years ago
I recommend skinsort.com or incidecoder.com for checking ingredients lists and researching products. It’s often a case of trial and error; for example, I’ve discovered I’m sensitive to fatty alcohols like cetyl alcohol which is in the vast majority of moisturisers — you may have similar incompatibilities with other ingredients. I suffer from hormonal acne but even after that has cleared up the fungal acne remains like a rash across my face. I didn't know what it was and just lived with it. But recently I started to understand that some of the products I use may be prolonging it on my face. So I reviewed all my facial products on sites like https://skinsort.com/ and got rid of those that were not fungal acne safe. That made a HUGE... Source: over 3 years ago

A few months ago someone posted on ... (Honestly, I don't know, I'm on mobile currently) a different subreddit a link to a site they made. I have fallen in love with SkinSort, because of the fun pictures that clearly explain what an ingredient does. Sure, it's primarily for your skin, but what is your scalp, if not skin?
