  It's Sunday, 4:09pm EST, which is well within the hours of SiriusXM's stated chat hours (Sat – Sun: 8 am – 8 pm ET). However, the chat functionality is greyed out on the website. While I do use AdGuard, I made sure to whitelist siriusxm.com so it shouldn't be a problem. Source: over 1 year ago

• What a joke.

  I'm on siriusxm.com right now trying to cancel or at least barter for a better rate due to shit content and it just puts me into a reload loop. I click the "cancel service" button and it just reloads my account page. What a cheap-ass, sophomoric site. I've seen local rural county web pages that operate better. What does that say about Sirius? What a fucking joke. No wonder Chris Wilding is their 'top talent'... Source: over 2 years ago

• Subscribed through Google Play, but can't log in?

  Can you log in via siriusxm.com? Something goofy changed on their end recently where you can't use an email address to sign in anymore to stream but can in order to manage your account. Then you'd go to the My Account Info tab and set up your streaming credentials. Source: over 2 years ago

• Canceled, yet here it is again

  After canceling login to your account on siriusxm.com and make sure the cancellation was processed. A canceled radio usually appears at the bottom as "Radios not in use". If you see anything under "active radios/subscriptions" then it hasn't been canceled in their system. Source: over 2 years ago

  SiriusXM offers Music & Entertainment for $5 / mo promo for first 12 months to all new subs, but there's a limited time special (which will expire tomorrow 9/28) that offers a free upgrade to platinum when signing up for this. It is advertised as well on the front page at siriusxm.com and it is true they don't offer it to existing subs, but if you call and ask to cancel they will start making offers and eventually... • Channels Have Been Removed from Vehicle Today. Still Get Them on the App. SiriusXM Wants Me to Upgrade.

  I've been paying $15.77 a month for the past 15 months or so. At first it was only for my SUV but about 6 months ago (maybe longer) they added the free App service to my account. Cool! I've used it while I'm running. Now today I find out that several music channels are no longer available in CAR - but still available in the App. I log into siriusxm.com and of course they want me to 'upgrade' to a new package... • No Longer Able To Connect to care.siriusxm.com

  Tonight I am unable to access most of siriusxm.com. Specifically care.siriusxm.com no longer works from any device on my wifi network. If I go to my iphone connected to my wifi it won't connect. If I turn wifi off and use LTE I have no problems and can connect, etc. Source: about 3 years ago
