Then, later, I found out and I gave Nilesoft Shell a try for the looks alone. Gives you a new context menu with w11 looks/theme and has 7Zip among other things from the first right click. It also allows to to customize it to your liking although I literally just installed it and did nothing else - it was pretty much perfect at that point. Source: over 3 years ago

You can still restore the old context menu via registry hack, and if you want to keep the acrylic aesthetic you can use acrylic menus, startallback (paid but has a 100 day free trial and it has many many other features) and Nilesoft Shell (it requires you to read the documentation to customize it though, so not that user friendly but it looks the best out of the three imo).
