I like Trello for the professional/work for the environment not so much for aspects of my personal life. If you're like me that like to keep everything in one place I'd recommend using either Notion (cons: it is kind of tricky to set up) or Taskade which I always describe as Notion but user-friendlier lol cause it has a lot of templates and new AI features/commands that are actually very useful. I really recommend using Trello to manage your tasks. https://trello.com/en It's free and you can make slot for different task types (Doing, To Do, Waiting on Partner Response, Waiting on Client Response, Done etc.) and move tasks between the different bars. I've used Microsoft Todo, Google Tasks, Trello and am just moving away from Todoist towards towards Asana.
