  Go the this site https://store.playstation.com/en-us/pages/latest Login and go to the re4 game page and you’ll see a pop up and it’ll lead to a purchased section. You can download the game from there and soundtrack but NOT the costumes / weapons sadly. I restored my ps5 and restarted it like 5 times no luck.   If you want to start downloading any of this game all you have to do is head to the game page on the playstation store from your playstation and not via the web or the smartphone app and there should be an option saying “download trial” to the right of the price and if not If it is not visible, select the three dots next to the price where the option to download the trial will appear.   Be careful with region locked saved data and region locked add on, the region must match. Can look for CUSA number on disc, and look for a game in store.playstation.com/en-us or store.playstation.com/en-gb for CUSA number in address bar. En-us and en-gb are different region.
