Another useful tool is Sevish Scale Workshop. If you wanted the cents for a JI scale like, say, 16/15, 9/8, 6/5, 5/4, 4/3, 7/5, 3/2, 8/5, 5/3, 7/4, 15/8, 2/1, enter those numbers into the "scale data" box. Then the middle table will show cents and other info over 128 MIDI note values. The app does a whole lot more. Source: over 1 year ago

Wait a second, I could be trying that out just in Scale Workshop... Source: over 1 year ago
Other than the nifty Scale Workshop web tool, the current best answer seems to be "just get a Korg Monologue". Or, if you want to play chords and not just arpeggiate, a Minilogue or Minilogue XD. These three hardware synths allow defining microtuned scales. Source: over 1 year ago
Look at Scala [https://www.huygens-fokker.org/scala/] and Scale workshop [https://sevish.com/scaleworkshop/] for info on microtonal files. Source: over 1 year ago
