It seems in some EU countries you can still reach RT or BY. Try one of these (none accessible to me in Sweden): * https://sputnikglobe.com * https://sputnik.by * https://rt.com/ My wife is Belarussian and was upset she couldn't read her news, that's how I know they banned many websites. They didn't ban the "opposition" websites run from outside Russia/Belarus though :). - Source: Hacker News / about 2 years ago

Rt.com and tass.com two big Russian news sites, obviously heavily based towards Russia but documenting propaganda pieces and how Russians got news and Americans/Europeans got news is quite important from an historical point of view. Source: about 4 years ago
Unpopular opinion perhaps, but RT (at least rt.com) isn't overly biased as for example tass.com is. The bias is subtle, between the lines, but other than that it mostly has the same headlines and information as other major news sites. Source: about 4 years ago
I'm not sure a media outlet can be unbiased these days unless it covers a niche topic like gaming, as opposed to the news. You can probably a) pick outlets that are biased in the same way as you are, b) compare stories from the opposing sides. I'll refrain from giving my opinions regarding the first option, due to the no-politics rule in this sub. For the latter option, I propose rt.com (completely directed by the... What? Like rt.com and other Pravda sources? Source: about 4 years ago
I understand there is a lot of bashing...but I've just for fun started once posting on rt.com .... I got in the end over 700 posts stating something about Russia and about 1000 bashing posts all over me. Source: over 4 years ago
To be fair, its rt.com. I'd say it's their job to cause a reaction like this and it looks like they did a good job on this piece, Putin is proud! Source: over 4 years ago
For example if you go to rt.com and read the news, you see all kinda bashing messages on the US, on Israel, only a few in defense of the US?. I have been posting some years ago a few times on a discussion. In the end that resulted in 700 messages. The next day they were all deleted. For me it was fun...for others it seemed like they had a job to respond. Source: over 4 years ago
We gotta stop sourcing from rt.com (which literally stands for Russian Today). It's nothing but a propaganda piece from Russian government. Source: over 4 years ago
I start to think that this sub is being moderated by russian influence-agents because there were a lot of evidences to that: fascist posting, justifying or ignoring the facts of russian imperialism, news posting only from Russia's perpective (i.e. Only from russian propagandist resources like rt.com), not banning but attracting of such anti-communist persons as author of this article. Rule 2 of this sub is no... Source: over 4 years ago
There was one meme here that wasn't even trying to hide. It had rt.com down on the left hand side. Questioning sources isn't a thing. Source: over 4 years ago
