• Game crashed and I lost all my progress

  I opened a case with ea.com for Lost Content. I gave them my player id and a couple of screen shots showing User Dave as my player name and my currency levels of 0 mints, 200 gems, and 160 coins.   First off I thought I must have been hacked. But after looking around I saw nothing has changed, except for the email, which is now, one of my real emails, but it ends with @ ea.com. And no, I don't work for EA, and I never have. And I'm not trying to steal some EA employees account.   Yeah, every company obviously needs to make profit, but EA certainly is one of those that actively bleeds its playbase. If you go to ea.com and scroll down a little bit you'll see 6 'featured games' at least 4 of those are massive money pools for ea, 2 are yearly sports titles that everyone now has caught on they're a scam. 1 is a game that has a total combined DLC cost of over $1000 dollars, and the last one is...   Go to ea.com and see if you can log in there. If not, you have the opportunity to let them send you another code to regain access to ea.com.
