I opened a case with ea.com for Lost Content. I gave them my player id and a couple of screen shots showing User Dave as my player name and my currency levels of 0 mints, 200 gems, and 160 coins. Yeah, every company obviously needs to make profit, but EA certainly is one of those that actively bleeds its playbase.
