  I just converted it to FLAC file through Audacity and it still says it's too big. I used riverside.fm to record the episode. For some reason, it will let me directly upload the footage but it won't let me upload just the audio files. Source: about 1 year ago

TBH while there is value in learning a professional grade audio tool, podcasting is all about finding a good workflow that allows you to produce shows regularly.
