I'm used to using RiseUp VPN on all of my devices, however it is only built for amd64, not Armbian's arm64. Anyone know any good VPNs I can use? Source: over 1 year ago
No, it was me. I did it and some other things, including messing with templates to briefly make every page say things like "I love Bronya x Seele <3". However, if you want to do the same thing as me, use Riseup VPN to make your accounts from c.fandom.com, then edit with the Tor Browser. Just note that they recently made some filters and protected some pages, so this isn't as easy to do as it was before, sadly. Source: over 1 year ago
No. If it brought you an ease of mind, you could use a vpn, or sign them up threw a proxy. But, they wouldn't be able to track you, even without these services. Source: almost 2 years ago
Https://riseup.net/en/vpn - free vpn that has at least one server in the U.S. Source: almost 2 years ago
For testing purposes, you can use the free version of https://protonvpn.com/ or the non profit https://riseup.net/en/vpn. Source: almost 2 years ago
Reddit is a dangerous place for you, then. I recommend using Riseup VPN since it's made by anarchists that are well known within the privacy community, while also being generally more obscure. Source: about 2 years ago
RiseUp VPN = https://riseup.net/en/vpn - ran by a bunch of cool anarchos. Source: about 2 years ago
Having a VPN will be good to have as well. Source: over 2 years ago
Riseup vpn is free and open source, owned by a nonprofit internet privacy activist group Vpn found here: https://riseup.net/en/vpn It has few features (no port forwarding, few locations, sometimes it’s a pain to connect, no auto-update) but I’ve never gotten DMCAd while using it No account or registration needed, which is something I really like. Here is a VPN service that is free (donations urged though!) and values privacy and freedom of speech: https://riseup.net/en/vpn they provide built in a sensorship evasion tool too. By the way Turkish government has been collecting meta data of internet users already. You can read more about it here:... Source: over 2 years ago
For the VPN, I recommend Riseup VPN, since that is free and open source. Source: over 2 years ago
Just wondering if anyone here's got any experience or knows if RiseUp VPN is something trustworthy or worth getting? Source: almost 3 years ago
You'd be better off just using a VPN for torrents, Riseup VPN is free and has a pretty good privacy policy. Source: almost 3 years ago
Use the RiseUp VPN and quit shilling for corporations who log your IP and will gladly cooperate with authorities. Nord and Proton my ass. As a bonus RiseUp is run by communists and is donation-based, so instead of giving your money to another fucking company that exists solely to make a profit, give some cash to your friendly autonomous tech collective. https://riseup.net/en/vpn. RiseUp is also another free VPN alternative, just wanted to plug it. Source: over 3 years ago
RiseUp is another option, and doesn't even require a login, but it's a bit less reliable. Source: over 3 years ago
For anyone else interested -- https://riseup.net/en/vpn. Source: over 3 years ago
Your best option is to have a VPN that can change locations. I'm using a free RiseUp VPN that supposedly respects user privacy (https://riseup.net/en/vpn) and change locations depending on what I want to watch. Source: over 3 years ago
Riseup offers a VPN for free which you can support with donations. Personally I use PIA, which is for-profit but does give some support to good projects. Source: almost 4 years ago
You can use riseup vpn .its an opensource vpn . It works fine ....video doesn't crash... Source: almost 4 years ago
